The bathroom facilities are kept spotless. Shows they care about the whole property.
Good overhead lighting in every unit. Can actually work on my motorcycle at night.
They maintain the trash area better than most apartments I’ve lived in.
My AC equipment fits great and those ceiling lights help when I’m grabbing parts early morning.
Facility bathrooms are actually usable and clean. That’s rare in this business.
